Leslie Lentner has extensive experience in the legal field, gaining expertise in various sectors and roles. In 2021, they joined Q ENERGY as the Head of Legal for Procurement, Construction, Operation & Insurance, overseeing the legal aspects of solar, wind, and storage projects in France. Leslie also managed insurance matters and a team of three legal counsels. Prior to this, they worked at RES (France) as a Senior Legal Counsel from 2019 to 2021 and as a Legal Counsel from 2016 to 2019. Before joining RES, they worked at Vogel & Vogel as a Competition law Lawyer from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as an intern in various renowned firms, including Vogel & Vogel, Imerys, Allen & Overy, and Norton Rose Fulbright in different legal departments.

Leslie Lentner obtained a Master 1 en Droit Européen from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in 2006-2007. In the following year, they pursued a Master 1 en Droit comparé/Droit Anglais at the same university. They then attended UCL in 2008-2009, where they earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.). Finally, in 2011-2012, Leslie Lentner attended Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris and achieved a CAPA degree.
