Darren Liu

Darren Liu has five years of work experience. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Engineer for Team China Racing 中国国家赛车队. In 2015, they worked as a System Engineer for NEXTEV-TCR Formula E Team. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a WTCC Data Engineer for Campos Racing S.L. and as a Project Manager for QEV Technologies. In 2017, they also worked as a Performance Program EP9 Data Engineer for NIO. Theirrole description included car's systems check, data and systems analysis, and events report.

Darren Liu completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Vehicle Engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology in 2013. Following this, they completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Automated Transmission at Beijing Institute of Technology in 2015. Most recently, Darren completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Vehicle Engineering Technologies at Beijing Institute of Technology in 2019. Additionally, Darren obtained the CET6 certification.
