Ricky Wallace

Ricky Wallace is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership across multiple roles and organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Development at QGenda since June 2019, Ricky has also held progressive positions such as Director of Software Development and Software Engineering Team Lead. Previously, Ricky served as Vice President of Engineering at Operative, where responsibilities included leading a transition to a DevOps culture and overseeing company restructuring post-acquisitions. At SintecMedia, Ricky spent over 13 years in various roles, culminating as Director of Research and Development, leading large teams in software development, implementing significant improvements in defect rates, and managing critical projects for major clients. Ricky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Spanish from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
