Sergiu Barsa

Sergiu Barsa is a Senior Software Developer at QHR Technologies, where experience includes implementing new features and user workflows for Canada’s largest electronic medical records (EMR) platform, as well as troubleshooting and providing bug fixes. Prior to this role, Barsa worked as a Software Developer at Alithya, developing features for a software system managing insurance claims for multiple Canadian insurance companies, and applied industry-standard design principles. Barsa's earlier experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Computaris, contributing expertise to a Java-based provisioning system for a US cellular operator, where involvement spanned the entire software lifecycle. Barsa holds a BSc in Computer Science from Moldova State University, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
