Byron Castro

Byron Castro has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics, currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Specialist and LATAM Demand Planner at QIAGEN since January 2018. Responsibilities include regional demand analysis, leading meetings with sales and marketing teams, and managing inventory parameters based on demand behavior. Previously, Byron held positions focused on logistics coordination and customer care, emphasizing process management and client communication. Prior experience includes a role at the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, coordinating actions and preparing materials, and a supporting role at UNAM, assisting faculty with technical and administrative tasks. Byron holds a degree in International Relations from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, obtained in 2015.
