Christian Wray

Christian Wray currently serves as Associate Director of Dispatch and Service Administration at QIAGEN, a position held since July 2009. In this role, Christian has achieved an impressive service contract renewal rate of 80%, contributing over $13 million in annual revenues and demonstrating a strong capability in team building. Prior to this, from July 2005 to January 2009, Christian excelled as a Field Service Engineer, meeting KPI expectations 90% of the time and achieving personal first-time fix rates exceeding 95%. Christian began a career in education as a Professor of Biotechnology at Mountainland Applied Technology College from August 2002 to July 2005, where instruction covered molecular biology, microbiology, and forensic biology for diverse student groups, along with budget management and marketing responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Animal Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Sciences and Molecular Biology, both obtained from Brigham Young University.
