Mercedes Martin Mellado

Mercedes Martin Mellado has extensive experience in supply planning and operations, currently serving as the Director and Head of Global Supply Planning at QIAGEN since December 2020, where previous roles included Associate Director in various capacities. Prior to QIAGEN, Mercedes spent over 23 years at Johnson & Johnson, progressing through multiple managerial positions focusing on trade customization, value-added services, and supply chain operations in the D-A-CH-NL-B regions. Responsibilities included team leadership, international cross-functional project management, and implementation of agile methodologies. Mercedes holds a Polytechnic Degree from Hubertus-Schwartz-Berufskolleg für Wirtschaft u. Verwaltung.
