Ruben Burgers

Ruben Burgers currently serves as a Technical Architect at Plat4mation since October 2020, with a focus on consulting clients in the implementation of various applications including ITOM, PPM, ITSM, CSM, HR, and financing tools on the ServiceNow platform. Ruben has held multiple roles including Associate Technical Architect and Senior Technical/Functional ServiceNow Consultant. Concurrently, Ruben works as a ServiceNow CSDM / CMDB Solution Architect for both QIAGEN and ASICS EMEA, providing expertise in CMDB configuration and CSDM components. Previous experience includes a role at ASML, where key contributions were made to CMDB setup and Cloud Discovery, and a tenure at Givaudan as a ServiceNow Solution Architect. Educational qualifications include multiple Bachelor's degrees in Leisure Management and Art & Technology, as well as an MBO in ICT Programming.
