Wesley Colangelo

Wesley Colangelo currently serves as the Manager of Internal Support in the Product Support Group at QIAGEN since November 2023, previously holding various leadership positions at Neogen Corporation from 2016 to 2023, including Director of Sequencing Core and Director of Molecular Biology. Wesley has experience as a Medical Technologist at Beaumont Health and has held multiple academic roles at Wayne State University, such as Innovation Fellow and Postdoctoral Fellow, focusing on molecular biology and research. Earlier career highlights include positions at IM Diagnostics and DNA Software, with a strong foundation in laboratory techniques and molecular diagnostics. Wesley holds multiple degrees from Wayne State University, including an MBA and a PhD in Molecular Biology, as well as a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
