Christine van Den Heuvel

Christine Van Den Heuvel currently serves as the Head of Strategic Procurement at QIC, where Christine established a Strategic Procurement function and a new procurement and third-party risk framework, emphasizing stakeholder engagement. Previously, at Bank of Queensland, Christine held roles as Senior Manager Procurement Governance and Senior Corporate Counsel, overseeing supply chain, corporate governance, supplier relationship management, and providing legal advice on Mergers & Acquisitions. Christine's earlier experience includes being a Senior Associate at Minter Ellison, a Solicitor at KLegal (KPMG), and Blake Dawson, specializing in corporate and commercial law. Christine holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) (Hons) from QUT and is an ICAgile Certified Professional.
