Kelly McGufficke has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and communications. Kelly started their career as a Public Relations Consultant at Dennis Rutzou Public Relations in 2002. Kelly then worked as a Marketing & Communications Executive at National Museums Scotland from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they joined THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND (1727) LIMITED as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Marketing & Communications and Strategic Change Programs.

Kelly joined Scentre Group (Owner and Operator of Westfield in Aus and NZ) in 2006, where they held several roles including Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Manager until 2010. During this time, they also worked briefly at Comcare as an Assistant Communications Director, focusing on strategy, internal communications, and media.

In 2010, Kelly returned to Scentre Group as a Senior Marketing Manager and continued in this role until 2014. In 2014, they joined QIC as a Marketing Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Marketing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Portfolio Manager, Campaigns at QIC, a position they have been in since August 2021.
