MacKenzie Laurino

Mackenzie Laurino has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industry. Mackenzie started their career as an intern at Marcus & Millichap in 2009. In 2010, they joined CBRE as a Client Services Specialist, where they likely provided support to clients and handled administrative tasks. Mackenzie then joined Westfield in 2014 and held various roles, including Analyst in DD&C Finance, Senior Financial Analyst, and Finance Manager. During their time at Westfield, they gained expertise in financial analysis and management. Since 2019, Mackenzie has been working at QIC as an Investment Manager. In this role, they oversee the asset management of QIC's US Shopping Center Fund Portfolio, involving 12 mixed-use assets valued at over $3.5 billion. Mackenzie is responsible for strategic decision-making, budgeting, performance analysis, leasing, and reporting. Mackenzie also leads the disposition process for multiple assets and implemented operational procedures to accurately measure asset performance.

Mackenzie Laurino attended the Punahou School from 2001 to 2007. Mackenzie then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Real Estate Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business, graduating in 2011.
