Matthew Luff has a diverse work experience. Matthew started their career at Lehman Brothers in 1985, where they worked as a Stock Lending Analyst and later as a Stock Loan Analyst until 1995. Matthew then joined the Public Trustee of Queensland in 1996 as a Trust Administrator and later became a Senior Client Desk Administrator. In 2004, they joined QIC as a Senior Business Analyst in Operations, where they actively participated in transition management, user acceptance testing, and re-engineering of business processes.
