VP Organisational Transformation and Data at Qida (home-care)

Antoine Ballu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Antoine currently holds the position of VP Organisational Transformation and Data at Qida, where they have been working since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as VP Social and Health Care People, Organisational Transformation and Analytics from April 2021 to October 2021, and VP Social and Health Care People from July 2019 to March 2021 at the same company. Antoine also briefly held the position of Head of Social and Health Care People from March 2019 to July 2019.

In 2012, Antoine founded Le Forum - Dauphine, an university ecosystem aimed at fostering personal, academic, and professional growth for students, alumni, and faculty staff. Antoine successfully managed a team and grew the community to 500+ active members.

Antoine's work experience also includes a role as a Risk Management Advisor at Samhita Community Development Services, where they evaluated operational, financial, and strategic risks in a microfinance institution. Antoine co-founded PARIS-CI, a project developed between 2012 to 2014.

Antoine Ballu has a diverse education history. In 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Law from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. This was followed by a Master of Science degree in Finance from the same university, completed in 2016. In 2016-2017, Antoine pursued a degree in Oenology and Oenobusiness at Université de Bourgogne. Later, they enrolled in Esade and completed a Master of Science degree in Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from 2017 to 2018.

Alongside their formal education, Antoine also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they acquired the Certification AMF (Financial Markets Regulation) from Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) - France. Antoine also completed a course on Private Equity and Venture Capital at Università Bocconi during this time. In 2017, Antoine completed certifications in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies (from HBX | Harvard Business School), Oil & Gas: from exploration to distribution (from IFP School), and Politics and Economics of International Energy (from Sciences Po). Additionally, they have pursued various online courses and specializations, including CS50x Computer Science (from Harvard University), Google Digital Active (from Google), Graphic Design Specialization (from California Institute of the Arts), and How to Start a Startup (from Y Combinator).
