Giles Scott

Giles Scott is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in development and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Director at Qiddiya since February 2025, Giles previously held the position of Development Director at ROSHN from January 2023 to February 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Real Estate and Development at Arcadis (February 2018 - January 2023) and Director, Property Development Manager at AECOM (October 2013 - January 2018). Additional significant positions include Property Development Manager Europe at Global Switch, Head of Development Management Europe at EC Harris, Managing Director of Europe at Helios Properties Plc, Head of the Manchester office at Chesterton, and Development Director at Booker PLC. Giles holds a BSc Hons in Land Management from De Montfort University, completed between 1986 and 1989, and attended Cheadle Hulme School from 1976 to 1984.
