Darren James

Darren James is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors and regions. Currently serving as Program Manager and Project Manager for Starbucks in the Middle East & North Africa, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and UAE since February 2021, Darren also holds the position of Program Director and Program Manager at QikServe since July 2020. Previous roles include Head of Digital Services at Markel International, CTO at GillHarrisJames, and Partner, Technology at GillFoxJames. Darren's career began in technical director roles at multiple organizations including TDA LLP and V2 Internet, complemented by freelance experience as a Digital Planner. With a background in technical leadership from 1997 onward, Darren has consistently demonstrated expertise in leading digital and technical initiatives.
