Hoà Lê

Hoà Lê is an experienced professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as an APAC Food Safety Professional at AIB International, Inc. since May 2023, while also working as a Food Safety & Operation Auditor at QIMA since November 2021. Previously, Hoà Lê held the position of Regional Technical Manager at Intersnack Cashew Company Pte., Ltd., overseeing a technical department that included quality, QMS, R&D, and process optimization from October 2019 to April 2023. A significant background includes national oversight of technical departments in Vietnam, managing up to 140 employees across three factories. Education includes a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and advanced training in Lean Six Sigma, complemented by a diverse cultural experience gained through a training program in the Netherlands.
