Cristina Fortuno

Cristina Fortuno is a Postdoctoral Research Officer at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute since January 2020 and also serves as Product Development Lead at Fitgenes Australia Ltd from September 2018 to present. Prior experience includes a role as Research Assistant at IGENOMIX in 2014 and a Research Intern at Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc from 2012 to 2013. Cristina holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human/Medical Genetics from The University of Queensland (2016-2020), a Master's degree in Biotechnology of Assisted Human Reproduction from the University of Valencia (2013-2015), and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Universitat Politècnica de València (2009-2013).
