Alaa Alzoubi

Alaa AlZoubi is an accomplished academic with a strong background in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and computer vision. Currently serving as an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Buckingham since March 2024, AlZoubi also holds the position of Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Derby since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Fellow in Machine Learning and Computer Vision at the University of Buckingham from August 2018 to September 2022 and at Cranfield University in a similar capacity from March 2017 to August 2018. AlZoubi began an academic career as a Research Assistant at the University of Lincoln from January 2013 to February 2017. The academic journey includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Vision from the University of Lincoln and a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Information Systems from Jordan University.
