Murat Yucel

Murat Yucel is a Professor with extensive experience in the field of psychology and neuropsychology, currently serving as Program Director for Brain and Mental Health and Group Leader for Cognitive Fitness at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute since September 2023. Previously, Murat held a professorship in the School of Psychological Sciences at Monash University from March 2013 to September 2023, where Murat was also the Founding Director of BrainPark. From January 1997 to February 2013, Murat was a Professor at the Melbourne Neuropsychiatry Centre and Orygen Youth Health at the University of Melbourne. Murat holds an M.A. in Clinical Neuropsychology and a Ph.D. from La Trobe University, as well as B.A. degrees in Psychology and Psychophysiology from Swinburne University of Technology.
