Thomas Elliott

Health Economist at QIMR Berghofer

Thomas Elliott is a Health Economist at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute since June 2016, previously serving as a Senior Research Assistant at Griffith University's Centre for Applied Health Economics from October 2014 to June 2016. Through these roles, Thomas has contributed to the preparation of peer-reviewed manuscripts, conducted epidemiologic and economic analyses, and performed economic modeling to assist decision-making for pharmaceutical benefits. Additionally, Thomas has experience as a Clinical Laboratory Assistant at Q-Pharm in two separate tenures (August 2011 - July 2013 and July 2014 - December 2014), focusing on conducting trial-based laboratory protocols for various vaccine studies. Thomas's educational background includes a Master of Health Economics, an Honours degree in Immunology, and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, all from The University of Queensland.
