Susan Mostyn has extensive experience in graduate development and administrative roles. Currently serving as QinetiQ Graduate Programme Manager since May 1998, Susan is responsible for overseeing a two-year rotational graduate programme that supports new graduates in launching their careers. Additionally, as Maritime Graduate Development Manager, Susan is developing a new scheme aimed at recruiting up to five graduates for an 18-month experience across QinetiQ's Maritime business. Previously, Susan worked as Theatre Administrator at the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital from April 1990 to May 1998, where responsibilities included ensuring the efficient operation of renowned surgical theatres. Susan holds a B.Sc in Leadership & Management from the Open University and received education at Bolton School and The Queens School, Chester.
