Todd Hutchison

Todd Hutchison currently serves as the Sr. Director of Contracts at QinetiQ US since November 2022, following the acquisition of Avantus Federal. Prior to this role, Todd was the Director of Contracts at Avantus Federal from November 2020 to November 2022. Todd has extensive experience in contract management, having held positions such as Sr. Contracts Manager at Guidehouse and PwC, where responsibilities included cradle-to-grave contracts management for US Government civilian agencies. Todd's career in contracting began at SRA International, advancing from Contract Administrator to Manager of Contracts, and includes experience as a Risk Assessor at ARCADIS and as an Environmental Scientist. Todd holds an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech, a MEM in Environmental Toxicology from Duke University, and a BS in Chemistry from Virginia Tech.
