Whitney Traut

Whitney Traut is an experienced product management professional with a diverse background in defense and industrial design. Currently serving as the Product Program Manager at QinetiQ US since April 2022, Whitney manages medium-class and smaller robots for bomb disposal and surveillance operations. Previously, roles included Director of Armor Product Management at Galvion and Director of Hard Body Armor Programs at Revision Military. Whitney also held positions at Gentex Corporation, overseeing Ops-Core ballistic helmets, as well as business development and engineering roles. Whitney’s career began as an Industrial Designer and Model Maker at Artisent, Inc., following a solid educational foundation from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
