Jane Stark

Jane Stark began their career in 2004 at BAE Systems, where they held various roles in HR, including Head of HR for different departments. In 2019, they moved to QinetiQ, initially serving as the Director of People for the International Sector before transitioning to the role of Chief People Officer for the Australia Sector.

Jane Stark has a comprehensive education history. Jane obtained a Nutritional Therapy Diploma (with Distinction) from the ION - Institute for Optimum Nutrition from 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, they completed the Advanced Leaders Programme - BAE Systems/Insead at INSEAD in 2017 and 2018. Additionally, Jane holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University, earned in 2003 and 2004. Jane also completed their MSC (Hons) in Social & Management Sciences with a focus on Psychology, Sociology, Business Studies, Economics, and Mathematics at the same university from 1999 to 2003. Jane Stark is also a Fellow of CIPD Qualifications.
