Lee Tucker

Lee Tucker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the defence sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations - Air at QinetiQ since December 2017, Lee has successfully led teams to deliver high-quality services and manage large-scale projects resulting in significant cost savings. Prior to this role, Lee held positions including Change Manager and Project Manager - Army Reform, where efficiencies exceeded £60M and governance structures were effectively managed. With education credentials including an MA in Defence Studies from King's College London and an MBA from the University of Sunderland in London, Lee has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic capabilities throughout a diverse career that spans over three decades in both military and civilian roles.
