Phil Best

Phil Best has extensive experience in engineering and management within the defense and technology sectors. Since December 1999, Phil Best has held multiple roles at QinetiQ, including Group SuccessFactors and Data Analytics Lead for the People Function, HR Operations Manager, and Head of Engineering, Science & Technology Faculty at QinetiQ Academy, among others. Prior to this, Phil Best worked at DERA as a Project Engineer and at RARDE as a Design Engineer. Phil Best holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Kingston University and a HND in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Farnborough College of Technology.
