Sian Vernon

Sian Vernon is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as People Director for UK Defence and Human Resources Director for Group Functions at QinetiQ since April 2020. Prior to this role, Sian held the position of Human Resources & Organisation Development Director at The Challenge, a leading UK charity focused on social integration, from November 2018 to April 2020. Sian's extensive background includes nearly two decades at Groupe Renault, where positions included Director of Human Resources for the North Europe Territory and Head of HR at the Renault & Nissan Group Office in the UK. Sian holds a BA Hons degree in French from the University of Reading, a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of West London, and a DEUG from Université d'Aix-Marseille in France.
