Tom Glynn

Tom Glynn has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Tom started their career as the Co-Founder and President of DSP Wireless Inc. dba Rising Tide, where they successfully grew the company from scratch to $5M with 18 employees. Tom then moved on to L3 Technologies, where they held various leadership positions, including Division President and Sector President, with responsibilities in P&L management, business development, contracts, programs, engineering, security/IT, quality, finance & accounting, and human resources. Afterward, they joined Systems & Technology Research as Senior Vice President, overseeing operational planning and program execution. Following this, they established Glynn Consulting, providing executive-level support and consulting services to aerospace and defense contractors. Most recently, they joined QinetiQ as VP of Land Systems and Survivability. Tom Glynn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Tom also completed the L3 Leadership Development Program in Business Management at Wharton Executive Education.
