Marija Nikova

Marija Nikova has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marija currently holds the position of Director of Delivery, Emerging Business Unit at Qinshift since January 2024. Prior to this, they were the Chief Production Officer at Qinshift from September 2023 to January 2024.

Before joining Qinshift, Marija worked at Seavus for a significant period. Marija held the role of Chief Production Officer from March 2020 to October 2023, where they were responsible for software services, product development, and consultancy in the banking and finance sectors. Marija also served as the Division Manager for the Banking & Finance Division, contributing to the digitalization of banking and finance, PSD2 & Open banking products and consultancy, Mobile Wallet, AI Chatbot, and other digital products.

Additionally, at Seavus, Marija worked as the Division Manager, Project Management Officer (PMO) for the Telecommunications & Media sector from June 2011 to June 2015.

Prior to Seavus, Marija worked at Mak System (MSoft) as a Team Leader and Developer from April 2000 to July 2006.

In their earlier career, Marija held several roles at Seavus from 2006 to 2010, including Object Lead/Scrum Master for Embedded projects, Project Management Officer (PMO) for Embedded projects, and Project Manager.

Overall, Marija has acquired extensive experience in project management, software development, and leadership roles across different industries.

Marija Nikova studied Computer Science at the Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódi' vo Skopje. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Professional SCRUM Master - PSM I and Risk Management from Stamford Global. Marija also completed a course in Managing Project Portfolio from Stamford Global.
