Andreas Novan P. Aji

Andreas Novan P. Aji has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Andreas Novan P. started their career as a Staff of Runner Team at Dopamination in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Creative Marketing Specialist at Coto Disko. Later in the same year, they joined the Faculty of Psychology at Gadjah Mada University as the Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development. In 2021, they founded and became the Project Leader of Abyakta Karya - LM Psi UGM. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Intern and People Operations Analyst at Qiscus - Multichannel Conversation Platform.

Andreas Novan P. Aji began their education at SMA Kolese Debritto, where they pursued a scientific field of study. Andreas Novan P. successfully completed their high school education in 2018 and obtained their High School Diploma.

In the same year, Andreas enrolled at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), where they commenced their undergraduate studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Andreas Novan P. maintained their pursuit of knowledge in this field until 2021, graduating as an Undergraduate Psychology Student from UGM.
