Shofiyatun Najah

Shofiyatun Najah has work experience as a QA Engineer at Qiscus - Multichannel Conversation Platform since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at PT. Gaea Global Solusi as a System Implementor from September 2018 to August 2020. Shofiyatun'srole involved implementing products, providing user training, testing applications, handling tickets and complaints, creating documentation, and performing UAT. Shofiyatun also has experience as an Information Technology Help Desk officer at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang from January 2017 to September 2017, where they handled customer calls and processed candidate data for new students. Shofiyatun also worked as a Computer Lab Assistant during their time at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.

Shofiyatun Najah attended UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang from 2013 to the present, pursuing a Gelar Sarjana (Bachelor's degree) in the field of Tehnik Informatika.
