Jamie Harmes has worked at a variety of companies in a range of roles. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Apple as a Business Support and a Specialist. In 2019, they worked at Lifestyle Media Group Ltd as a Digital Marketing Assistant and at Adder Technology as a Digital Marketing Executive. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Cambridge Regional College as a Web & Digital Marketing Executive and is currently employed at Qkine as a Digital Marketing Associate. During their roles, they have developed skills in content management, SEO, accessibility, responsiveness development, project management, HTML, CSS, CRM systems, and product knowledge.

Jamie Harmes obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Media Studies from Anglia Ruskin University between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended Tuxford Academy between 2008 and 2015, where they completed their GCSE and A-Levels. Additionally, they have obtained a Marketing Automation Training certification from B2B Marketing in July 2020.
