Christopher Woods

Christopher Woods has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christopher began their career as an intern at IERUS Technologies Inc in 2017 and continued in that position until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Christopher worked as a Research Assistant at the UAB School of Public Health. During this time, they also served as a Data Entry Clerk at Assurance Scientific Laboratories from June to September 2020.

In 2021, Christopher joined UAB Medicine as a Researcher II, where they provided grant support and performed statistical analyses on large datasets. Christopher also worked as a Transplant Mixed Methods Research Assistant from 2020 to 2021, contributing to the development of chronic kidney disease research.

In 2022, Christopher had multiple roles, including Tutor at Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services and SAS Programmer at Medpace. Christopher also served as a Policy Surveillance Intern at UAB School of Public Health, where they analyzed and tracked public health policies.

Currently, Christopher works as a Data Analyst III at Qlarant, starting in July 2023. Overall, Christopher's experience spans various industries, including healthcare, research, education, and data analysis.

Christopher Woods, MS, attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2020 to 2023, where they obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Public Health/Biostatistics. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Christopher has obtained several certifications, including SAS Certified Specialist: Base Programming Using SAS 9.4 from SAS in May 2022, CITI Good Clinical Practice from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in November 2020, and IRB Training - Biomedical from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in November 2020.
