Andre Hutagalung

Andre Hutagalung has a master’s in Information Technology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta. In 2013, Andre joined Rama to develop Qlue project as Co-Founder and CTO and officially launched it in 2014 under PT Qlue Performa Indonesia. Before founding Qlue, Andre worked in various industries, from petrochemical to banking as an Information Technology specialist. Andre focuses to enhance Qlue with advanced technology to become a technology company that offers the most comprehensive smart city ecosystem service in Indonesia.
