Sue Ruiz

Sue Ruiz has extensive work experience in program management and talent enablement. Sue has worked as a Senior Program Manager at QLytix Inc since 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Micro Focus, including Organizational Transformation Training Enablement Specialist and Manager, Talent Enablement Operations. At Micro Focus, Sue was responsible for developing and delivering training programs, as well as managing a team and overseeing the migration of the learning management system. Sue also gained experience in L&D operations and enablement as the Manager, L&D Operations and Enablement at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2015 to 2017, and as the Manager, L&D Operations and Program Manager, L&D at HP from 2005 to 2015. Before their role at HP, Sue worked as a Trainer and Business Consultant at HP from 1996 to 2005.

Sue Ruiz has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Spanish from Stanford University. Sue also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University-Sacramento.
