Dean Shetenhelm

Dean Shetenhelm is an experienced operations and production management professional with over 30 years of experience in various manufacturing environments. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Milsco Manufacturing since June 2019 and Production Manager at Quality Metalcraft, Inc. since October 2017, Dean has held multiple leadership positions including Production Manager at MIDWAY PRODUCTS GROUP and Operations Manager at several companies such as Martinrea International and Gestamp North America. With an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Baker College of Jackson, Dean has developed expertise in optimizing production processes and leading teams throughout a diverse career, beginning at CMI Cast Parts in 1986.
