María Teresa Jarabo Postigo

María Teresa Jarabo Postigo has over seven years of experience in the Human Resources field. In 2014, they began their career as an Associate Project Director-Intern for the Tempus Human Security IV at Fundecor. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Export Sales Assistant at La Petra (Marca de Joyería). During this time, they attended international jewelry fairs, acquired customers, and managed dispatches. In 2016, they transitioned to Talent Acquisition and HR Administration at FACT WORLDWIDE EVENTS SL, where they actively searched and recruited key talent in Spain and implemented HR strategies. From 2017 to 2019, María Teresa worked at CPM International as an HR and Culture Specialist for Airbnb, where they were responsible for implementing HR strategies, controlling payroll activity, and onboarding new employees. In 2021, they began working at Factorial HR as a People Operations Manager and People Operations Generalist. Currently, María Teresa is an HR Manager and HR Generalist at QMENTA.

María Teresa Jarabo Postigo attended the Universidad de Córdoba from 2007 to 2015, where they studied Economics Internacional. María Teresa also attended the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas Córdoba from 2006 to 2010 to study English as a foreign language.
