Ankit Kansara

Ankit Kansara has a diverse range of work experience. Ankit started their career as an Intern in the IT Department of Hitech Group, where they worked on a web-based project for managing meeting rooms. After completing their internship, Ankit joined Hitech Group as an Officer IT, fulfilling roles as a Business and Data Analyst, as well as Application Support. In 2019, they joined Capillary Technologies as a Customer Success Executive. Following that, Ankit worked at iMocha as a Customer Success Specialist. At iMocha, they focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and successful utilization of the company's products. In 2021, Ankit joined TIBCO as a Senior Customer Success Professional, where they worked on analyzing customer journeys and building proactive communication strategies. Ankit utilized tools such as Gainsight to enhance the customer experience and worked on strategic initiatives for customer engagement. Most recently, in 2023, Ankit joined QMetry as a Technical Account Manager.
