Kruti completed her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Christ College, Bangalore. She brings in 19+ years of experience with companies like Oracle, ANZ, TCS, Vodafone and Apttus. In her recent entrepreneurial assignment, she partnered with companies to help them realize the importance of Talent and People Practices to create a culture of learning and growth.
