Usen Etim

Usen Etim has had a long and varied career in the technology and finance industries. Usen began their career in 1998 as an Intercontinental Bank plc. In 2008, they moved to BGL Plc as a Senior Investment Executive. In 2011, they joined CIBC Mortgages as a Business Analyst. In 2014, they became a Linux System Administrator at 9-Solutions. Inc. In 2015, they joined Time Warner Cable as a Splunk Engineer. In 2016, they became a Splunk Architect at Charter Communications. Finally, in 2018, they joined Qmulos as a Senior Splunk Engineer.

Usen Etim has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Uyo, Nigeria, obtained between 1988 and 1993, as well as a Master of Science in CyberSecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtained between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, Usen attended Federal Government College, Ikot Ekpene, Nigeria between 1982 and 1988. Usen has also obtained several certifications, including Splunk Certified Architect, Splunk Certified Admin, Splunk Certified Power User, Splunk Certified User, CSI, ACA, Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and Splunk Core Certified Consultant.
