Jessica Reynolds has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jessica is currently employed as a Client Success Manager at Qnary since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital and Social Media Coordinator at BlackLight Collective from September 2021. During their time there, they managed and updated the WordPress site, created and managed social media content, and assisted with visual presentation for grant applications.

Before joining BlackLight Collective, Jessica worked as a MarComms Contractor and Branding & Communications Intern at We are Coast in 2021. As an intern, they gained exposure to the full cycle of agency work and led their own brand strategy assignment. Jessica'sresponsibilities included brand identity design, content creation for social media and blogging, as well as communications and content strategy. Jessica was also involved in a brand re-development project for Art Circus.

From 2017 to 2022, Jessica had multiple roles at Nutrition Warehouse, including Retail Store Manager and Casual Sales Specialist - Retail Assistant Level 3. Jessica was responsible for managing the store and providing customer service.

Additionally, Jessica worked as a Social Media Consultant at Events Delivered in early 2021. In this role, they created and managed social media content for the ArtJam festival and engaged with artists for ethical content curation.

Earlier in their career, Jessica gained experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Mounties Group and as a Shift Supervisor at Yogurtland.

Jessica Reynolds attended Stella Maris College, Manly in 2016, where they completed their HSC and also obtained a Hospitality Cert I and II. Jessica then proceeded to enroll in the University of Technology Sydney from 2017 to 2022, pursuing a Bachelor of Communications degree with a focus on Digital and Social Media.
