Nermeen Salah

Nermeen Salah currently holds the position of Head of Employment at QNB Egypt, a role started in July 2025. Prior to this, Nermeen served as AVP, Talent Acquisition Manager at Mashreq Bank from September 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading a five-member team in developing a comprehensive talent acquisition journey. Earlier experience includes positions as AVP, Recruitment Manager at Attijariwafa Bank Egypt and HR Recruitment Senior Specialist at Barclays, along with an initial role as HR Recruitment Specialist and HR Operations Officer. Nermeen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University and completed high school at San Peter Language School.
