Tuncay Arslan has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Tuncay started their career as a System and Network Specialist at PcDestek in 2005, where they designed and managed Microsoft server systems. Tuncay then worked as a Network Security Specialist at Odakbilişim Bil Dan.Hiz.San.Tic.Ltd.Şti from 2010 to 2013, where they were responsible for ensuring network security and efficiency. Tuncay then joined Nebula Bilişim in 2014 as a Cyber Security Consultant, specializing in managing and implementing McAfee products for large enterprises.

In 2015, Tuncay became a Cyber Security Specialist at Eczacıbaşı Topluluğu, where they spearheaded SIEM engineering efforts and led the implementation of the NIST Security Framework.

Tuncay's next role was as a Cyber Security Architect at QNB Finansbank from 2017 to 2020. In this position, they conducted in-depth analysis, designed cutting-edge detection strategies, and ensured robust cybersecurity operations. Tuncay then transitioned to the role of Team Lead at the Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) at QNB Finansbank in 2020, where they spearheaded the development of analysis and risk management processes and provided effective supervision of analyst teams.

Throughout their career, Tuncay has demonstrated expertise in various cybersecurity domains, including SIEM, network security management, incident response planning, and analysis of operational metrics and key performance indicators.

Tuncay Arslan has a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Sabanci University, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Anadolu University between 2017 and 2021. Tuncay'seducational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Anadolu University, which they earned from 2005 to 2013. Additionally, Tuncay holds certifications in Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council and Microsoft Certified System Engineer + Security (MCSE+S) from Microsoft.
