Irina Poliakova

Irina Poliakova is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing & PR for RCIS & Europe at QNET Ltd since December 2017, Irina has a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Product Marketing Director at Faberlic, where management of the product marketing team and portfolio of cosmetics and household products was key, and Category Director for Beauty & Fashion at Avon, overseeing strategy and new product development in Eastern Europe. Irina's positions at L'Occitane en Provence, 3M, Solo Cosmetic, Camasa S.A., and Bayer A.G. have further solidified expertise in market strategy, brand building, and team leadership. Irina holds a Master's degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and additional education from the Higher School of Economics.
