Nino Paldan

Nino Paldan is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of Software Products and Sr BMS Software Architect at Qnovo since August 2022. Prior to this role, Nino held various engineering and software positions at Cadenza Innovation, Inc., including Associate Director of Engineering, and Senior Battery Systems and Testing Engineer, as well as Senior Software Engineer. Nino's earlier career includes significant contributions as a Senior Lead Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Senior Associate Engineer at Boston-Power from 2010 to 2016. Nino began the professional journey in software programming at Modular Energy Devices, Inc. and Eaves Devices Inc. before refining skills at mikrogroove Ltd from 1999 to 2004.
