Putri Ayu started their career as an Operations Officer at VFS Global in 2017, where they handled visa applications, maintained data accuracy, and resolved customer inquiries and complaints. In 2019, they worked as an Administration Staff at Korea Visa Application Center, assisting applicants with their visa process, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating transactions with the finance team. From 2020 to 2022, they served as an Admin & Customer Service Executive at SOCASH PTE LTD, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining merchant data, and providing end-to-end customer service. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Associate at Qoala.
