Rania Rahmadhanimara

Rania Rahmadhanimara currently serves as a People Partner Project Coordinator at Qoala, where responsibilities include maintaining the Learning Site content for the Qoala Plus Business and successfully retaining over 60% of its users. Previously, Rania was a Training and Development Intern at Qoala, focusing on designing learning sites, coordinating internal training, and collaborating with insurance partners for product training. Rania's earlier experience includes an internship at Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, where Rania registered over 20 Business Permits for UKM Mitra Bogasari and facilitated communication with stakeholders to support development programs. Rania holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, obtained in 2022, and completed secondary education at SMAN 90 Jakarta.
