Miki Katz

Miki Katz has held various positions throughout their work experience. Miki started their career as Director of Finance at Comverse Technology, Inc. in 1993, a position they held until 1999. Miki then joined Verint Systems Inc. as Vice President of Finance, where they provided financial support for the Contact Center Division and was later promoted to Vice President of Business Finance, responsible for providing worldwide financial guidance for the Contact Center, Network Video, and North America Lawful Interception Division. In 2008, they moved on to Ness Technologies, initially serving as SVP Finance before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2011. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of a $200M business unit and focused on revenue and gross margin expansion, compensation plans, and process improvement. Miki then joined Radware Inc. in 2013 as VP of Finance and Business Operations before joining Qognify as CFO in 2016.

Miki Katz has a strong education background in finance and economics. Miki completed their BA in Economics at Bar-Ilan University from 1987 to 1989. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Finance at the same university from 1990 to 1992.
