Heather Guiley is the Head of Customer Success at Qolo since July 2021. Previously, Heather served as the Chief Operating Officer at eGiftify from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, Heather held various Vice President roles at FIS from 2004 to 2017, including GM - Valutec Card Solutions, Global Voice Technology, and Global Commercial Services and Prepaid Operations. Heather also has experience as the Director of Prepaid Cardholder Services at FIS. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Florida State University - College of Business.
